Sweet and healthy! If you’re new to the Brazilian acai flavour, then this is one for you to try. These superfood berries have a versatile flavour with no added sugar and are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Its natural sweetness will make you add it to your smoothie recipes in no time.

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen sachet of Acai puree
1 banana
1 cup coconut water
1 tbs vanilla protein powder
1 tbs peanut butter
Handful of ice

METHOD

First blend banana, acai and a tablespoon of peanut butter with coconut water in the blender until smooth. Then gradually add in one heaped tablespoon of protein powder.

Enjoy!

Serving Suggestion: Top with shredded coconut, crushed peanuts and sliced
banana.
